How We Work: Made-to-Order We proudly fulfill all orders using a print-on-demand model. This means we do not hold inventory; instead, each item is created specifically for you after you place your order. This approach allows us to offer unique, high-quality designs while reducing textile waste and overproduction.

1. Production Time (The "Making" Phase) Since your item is being made from scratch, please allow time for production before it ships.

·       Standard Production: Typically 2–5 business days.

·       Note: During high-volume holiday seasons, production times may extend slightly.

2. Shipping Time (The "Moving" Phase) Once your item leaves our facility, the estimated delivery times are:

·       USA (Standard): 5–7 business days.

·       International: 10–30 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

3. Shipping Costs We believe in transparency.

·       USA Orders:

o   $0-$49.99 = $6.95 Shipping

o   $50.00-$99.99 = $4.95 Shipping

o   Free Shipping on orders over $100

·       International Orders: Calculated at checkout based on destination.

·       Customs & Duties: International shipments may be subject to import taxes or customs fees. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Lost or Delayed Packages While we strive for timely delivery, carrier delays (UPS/USPS) can occur. If your package has not moved in 10 days, please contact us at kempainshop@gmail.com so we can file a claim and get a replacement started for you.
