Limited Liability: We cannot "police" or verify the trademark status of every custom request; therefore, the customer warrants that their text does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property.
Known Trademark Policy: If we identify a famous resort name, protected brand slogan, or copyrighted material during our review, we will decline and refund the order unless proof of authorization is provided.

Each sign begins as an original hand-drawn illustration, rendered to mimic authentic resort markers—Green Circle, Blue Square, Black Diamond, Double Black, Ski Patrol, or Terrain Park—and customized with your specific milestone or family legacy.

We chose this hardware because it avoids the complexity of sports lids and straws, which can freeze or trap bacteria. Once it leaves our facility, standard shipping within the USA typically takes 5–7 business days.
